Booking & Cancellation Terms

These terms provide a general framework for bookings with Camali Clean Co. Specific details may also be agreed when your quote and booking are confirmed.

Quotes and bookings

Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the service, date, access arrangements and final price have been agreed.

Pricing

Published prices are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, access, required tasks, timing and any optional extras. Any material change to the agreed scope may affect the final price.

Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Any key, entry-code or access arrangements should be agreed securely in advance.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking. Where short-notice cancellations cause lost booking time or costs, Camali Clean Co. may apply a reasonable cancellation charge if this was communicated before confirmation.

Property condition and scope

Cleaning is carried out according to the agreed service scope. End-of-tenancy and deep cleans may require additional time or charges where the property's condition is substantially different from the information provided at quotation stage.

Airbnb and short-stay turnovers

Turnover services may include cleaning, presentation checks, linen changes, bed resets and restocking where agreed. The customer remains responsible for ensuring adequate supplies and access are available unless another arrangement has been confirmed.

Valuables and fragile items

Please secure valuables, cash and unusually fragile or irreplaceable items before the clean. Any known delicate surfaces or specialist materials should be disclosed in advance.
